Billing & Callspend Analysis
DCSL Software has extensive in-house experience in the development of billing platforms for Tier 2 telecoms resellers as well as online portals for management of inventories and invoices. These applications import data from CDR files provided by various carriers and process each call record to validate the contents before applying the relevant rate to the call. This in turn determines the cost of the call to the customer.
Once the call data (whether it is outbound, inbound or mobile) is loaded, along with other services such as data lines, rental, service desk charges or support tickets and hardware sales, an invoice creation process delivers itemisation and invoices for customers.
We have also developed comprehensive portals providing customers with useful tools to analyse their callspend and manage their inventory. Useful 'threshold analysis' tools help customers to identify and track callspend that exceeds their expected level, offering a valuable insight to facilities managers.
Other sytems developed include an application designed to analyse call files supplied by Tier 1 carriers to check for over charging on their bills. This proved significant over charging for some clients, enabling them to return to the carrier and demand a refund.
Telemarketing
Following the development of a number of telemarketing systems for our clients, we have identified a niche for a simple to use, hosted application to help companies run outbound telemarketing campaigns or inbound services based on call scripting.
First Contact is designed to provide a user friendly application to call agents tasked with processing a list of prospects. It enables the update of notes regarding the prospect, the rescheduling of calls, the logging of outcomes and the booking of appointments for sales representatives.
Campaigns are managed through an administration panel the provides advanced users with a design tool to customise their scripts and decide on agent privileges.
The service is licensed per agent/administrator and is hosted by DCSL Software, so there is no need for investment in software packages or hardware. You simply sign up for a license and get going.
