Helping match candidates and employers with well planned software

Recruitment

It is a well know fact that the recruitment industry runs at a very fast pace.  Having clunky and fragmented software solutions and workflow processes makes the business of matching candidate with employer frustrating and something agencies are keen to avoid.

DCSL Software has been working on software platforms for recruitment companies since 2005, helping to introduce a 'path of least resistence' for agents when searching CVs in a bid to place them correctly with prospective employers.

Potensis

Potensis is a high volume recruitment consultant that moves at a quick pace, employing around 100 recruitment consultants to place candidates.  DCSL Software were commissioned to develop a comprehensive application to manage client accounts, candidates and jobs.  A complex CV search and match component provides a powerful tool for staff to identify CVs suitable for consideration by clients.  It sifts through the contents of thousands of documents to identify key words before presenting candidates in filtered lists for processing.

To accompany the back-office application, a front-end website was produced including a job search tool.

The system was further enhanced to effectively become a white-labelled application when the company split its head-hunting division to create Granger Reis, who now also use a separate version of the application.

Kramer Westfield

Kramer Westfield specialise in the placement of high end professionals.  Whilst their churn of candidates is relatively low, their service levels are higher and tailored to this niche.

DCSL Software were commissioned in 1994 and have developed a range of applications for candidate, job and client management.  The latest development is the most recent iteration of their company website which can be seen at www.kramerwestfield.co.uk, describing the service offered to both clients and candidates and a simple job search tool.
